  • Opened items are permitted, provided they remain in undamaged condition
  • Any item returned with missing components, damaged parts, or incomplete packaging will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed and approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
